SCHOLFIELD, C.J.

James T. Hoggatt, Jr., appeals the granting of a summary judgment dismissing his claim for personal injuries. He assigns error to the trial court's ruling that a release of liability he gave defendants was binding and not voidable on the ground of mutual mistake. We affirm.
