PER CURIAM.
Defendants appeal by leave granted by this Court on October 28, 1985, from the trial court's order entered on September 20, 1984, granting plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment under MCR 2.116(C)(9) and (10) concerning plaintiff's claim for three years of work-loss benefits under MCL 500.3107(b); MSA 24.13107(b) of the Michigan no-fault act.
