PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted following a jury trial of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520c; MSA 28.788(3). He was sentenced to prison for a term of incarceration of not less than 10 nor more than 15 years. Defendant appeals as of right.
