ROBERTSON, Justice.

Trial was to the court on a plea of not guilty to the offense of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver; the punishment is confinement for ten years and a fine of $7,500. Issues before us are the validity of the search warrant, the refusal of the court to order a disclosure of the informant, sufficiency of the evidence, and the assessment of unauthorized punishment.
