Worker's compensation benefits paid by appellant/employer Backhauls, Inc. and its worker's compensation insurer appellant Aetna Life and Casualty Co. were discontinued after it was determined that the employee was intoxicated at the time of the accident and that his intoxication was the proximate cause of his injuries.
