Presently before the Court is a Motion For Relief From Stay by Reinhardt's Agency ("Reinhardt's), requesting that the Court grant said Motion authorizing setoff between Reinhardt's and the Debtor.

The Trustee objected to the Motion, arguing that setoff was inappropriate, and that Reinhardt's should be directed to turn over the property in its control to the Trustee. The Trustee also averred...
