Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants on plaintiff's petition for custody of her biological grandchild, Brian Louis Bower, who was born on November 23, 1984. Brian was born out of wedlock to plaintiff's daughter, defendant Rosalie K. Bower, an adult. Two men identified as putative fathers of Brian disclaimed interest in custody of the minor child.
