STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation (School) appeals the order compelling arbitration issued by the Gibson Circuit Court. We affirm.

FACTS

Bruce Hatfield was employed as a teacher by School for the 1985-86 school year. School assigned Hatfield five class periods plus one study hall per day. Contending such assignment violated the contract between School and the Evansville Teachers Association...
