On March 8, 1982, the appellant pleaded guilty to having obtained drugs by fraud. Ark.Stat.Ann. § 82-1017 (Repl.1976). The circuit court entered an order taking the plea under advisement, fining the defendant $500 and costs of $75, and placing her on probation for three years, on specified conditions.
