Defendant appeals his conviction for murder and makes three assignments of error: the admission of evidence elicited by the state concerning the disposition of persons found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect; the admission of evidence of defendant's other crimes and bad acts; and the denial of his motion to suppress his statements that he wanted to consult an attorney before talking or being photographed...
