The defendant, Renato Pasqualino, having been indicted for numerous violations of the Gun Control Act of 1968 (26 U.S.C. § 5861), moves the court to suppress from the introduction into evidence the prohibited firearm, i.e., .380 caliber "machine" gun, upon which the charges are predicated.
