Defendant was convicted by a jury of murder in the second degree and was sentenced in accordance with the punishment assessed by the jury to fifteen years' imprisonment. She appeals, asserting that the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on voluntary manslaughter and in admitting testimony objected to as hearsay.
