Plaintiff, David J. Snyder, sustained injury in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment with defendant, IBP, Inc. The Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Court on rehearing awarded him temporary total disability benefits and further ordered IBP to pay certain medical, hospital, and drug expenses and litigation costs.
