The plaintiff, Laurie Pensack, is the sole proprietor of a bakery business which she operates under the name Le Bakery Sensual ("Le Bakery") in Aurora, Colorado. Le Bakery is different from other bakeries in that it specializes in "theme" cakes made to meet customers' requests.
