This appeal involves the right of indemnity of an employer's insurance carrier in a worker's compensation case.

Cruz O. Mata was employed by Preventative Maintenance, Inc. to work on elevators. American Insurance Company was the insurance carrier of Preventative Maintenance for workers' compensation.
