REEVES, Justice.

The City of Asherton appeals the grant of a summary judgment on its cross-action against Sharon Trigo. Trigo brings a cross-point complaining of the denial of her request for writ of mandamus.

Sharon Trigo, an attorney, was awarded $2,100.00 plus interest and attorney's fees against the City of Asherton on April 25, 1983. In October of 1984, Trigo filed a petition for writ of mandamus in which she requested the trial court...
