The Tri-County State Bank of Ortonville brought this action to collect on guaranty notes signed by defendants David Bush, Edwin Bush, Donald Betzen, and Robert Werre. The notes were signed in exchange for the extension of credit by the bank to defendant Golf Properties, Inc. The district court, Hennepin County, entered default judgment against Edwin and David Bush and Golf Properties for failure to timely serve an answer to the bank...
