The defendant, Michael Wilson, was charged by grand jury indictment with aggravated rape, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42, aggravated kidnapping, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:44, and aggravated crime against nature, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:89.1.
