Defendants Jerome Danin, Frank Fredella, and Vi-Mil, Inc., appeal from a district court decision holding them jointly and severally liable for the unpaid contributions owed by Mohawk Manufacturing Company (Mohawk) to its employee benefit plans. We affirm the district court's decision.
