The marriage of Appellant/Cross-Respondent Eliza Fusz Whittemore, formerly Sheahan, (hereinafter Wife) and Respondent/Cross-Appellant Andrew Patrick Sheahan (hereinafter Husband) was dissolved by a decree of the St. Louis County Circuit Court on September 27, 1982.
