This personal injury action is before the Court on the defendants' motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff was injured when she fell eight or nine feet from an amusement ride at Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park. For the reasons set forth below, the summary judgment motion of defendant Lake Winnepesaukah is granted.
