Movant was convicted of rape, sodomy, and felonious restraint, §§ 566.030, 566.060, and 565.120, RSMo Cum.Supp.1984. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of twenty-five years for rape and sodomy, and a consecutive term of four years for felonious restraint. These convictions were upheld on direct appeal. State v.
