The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Lawrence Bilello, Sr., and Eugene Hecht, Appellants

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Ordered that the judgment as to the defendant Bilello is modified by vacating the sentence imposed, and the matter is remitted to the County Court, Orange County, for resentencing. As so modified, the judgment as to the defendant Bilello is affirmed; and it is further,

Ordered that the judgment as to the defendant Hecht is affirmed.

The defendant Hecht's contention that the court erred is permitting the People to introduce rebuttal testimony is without merit...
