On June 22, 1981, the plaintiff V.R.W., Inc., loaned Richard Klein Enterprises, Inc. the sum of $50,000. As collateral for the loan, the defendant Richard Klein gave the plaintiff a mortgage on the residence that he and his wife Barbara owned as tenants by the entirety.
