J.I. Case Credit Corporation (Case), appellee, was the assignee of a retail installment contract which represented a debt owing from L.C. Achimon, appellant, resulting from the purchase by Achimon of equipment from Wells Brothers Equipment Company. The debt was secured by the equipment purchased.
