Appellant Kelly Busch was injured in an accident in Wisconsin involving telephone cable markers of respondent Badger Telephone Co., Inc. (Badger), a subsidiary of Universal Telephone Co., Inc. (Universal), both foreign corporations. The trial court dismissed the action based on a lack of personal jurisdiction.
