WELLS, Judge.

In his brief, defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a mistrial, in denying his motion for continuance to allow him to locate a non-appearing confidential informant and in instructing the jury. We overrule each of defendant's assignments of error and find no error in the trial.
