Timothy Snow appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court, Penobscot County, entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of aggravated assault with use of a dangerous weapon in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 208(1)(B) (1983). On appeal, Snow contends the trial court erred in 1) denying his motion to suppress statements made by him, 2) failing to make an explicit finding that his statements were voluntary, and 3) instructing the jury on self...
