Cherry Lynn Barnhill, individually and on behalf of her three minor children, appeals the trial court's ruling on two motions for summary judgment filed by her and by her ex-husband, Jerry Dale Barnhill. In her motion for summary judgment, Mrs. Barnhill sought: (1) recognition and enforcement of their consent judgment of divorce rendered by a Texas court, which provided that she would receive a portion of any proceeds of a worker's compensation settlement...
