OPINION and ORDER

KEENAN, District Judge:

The instant motions find their genesis in an antitrust action which was tried for eight weeks before a jury. The jury rendered a verdict for plaintiff in the amount of $13,208,697, which was trebled under the Clayton Act for a total award of $39,626,091 in favor of plaintiff. Defendants then moved for judgment n.o.v. or for a new trial. The Court denied this motion by Opinion and Order dated June 19, 1985, but ordered...
