Daniel E. Desjarlais pled guilty to a charge of lewd conduct with a minor under the age of sixteen years. The district court sentenced Desjarlais to an indeterminate term of fifteen years in the custody of the Board of Correction. The court also ordered that Desjarlais's treatment with prescription medicines be continued under the direction of the board of correction.
