The plaintiffs allege that the refusal of the Daily Nebraskan, the campus newspaper of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UN-L), to print the sexual orientation of each in a roommate advertisement is a violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. At issue is the individual's desire to freely express his or her sexual orientation in the context of a roommate advertisement...
