Appellants, Thomas and Beth Yule, sued respondents, appellants' insurance agency (First National Agency, Inc.) and appellants' insurance carrier (Iowa National Mutual Insurance Co.) for damages resulting from failure to procure insurance which appellants allegedly requested.
