Craig Roberts appeals from convictions following a jury trial of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in violation of Minn. Stat. § 609.342(d) (1984) and kidnapping in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.25(1) (2) (1984) for abducting and raping a 17-year-old woman.
