This is a dispute over a sale of inventory between two offshore catering services. When the plaintiff, Foods & Services, Inc. lost its contract to service a certain rig, the defendant, SHRM Catering Services, Inc., which got the contract, offered to buy all of Foods & Services' inventory on the rig.
