WARREN, Justice.

This is an appeal from the award of attorneys' fees in a workers' compensation case. The trial court entered judgment for appellees in accordance with the jury's verdict, which found that Daniel Keenom died in the course and scope of his employment. The appellant does not challenge the jury verdict, but challenges the amount of attorneys' fees awarded in the trial court's final judgment and the court's appointment of an attorney...
