This matter came on to be heard on November 4, 1986 in regard to the motion filed by defendant Al Castrucci Ford, Inc. ("Castrucci"). The defendant sought summary judgment on all three causes of action plaintiffs assert against it. At the hearing, the court denied summary judgment on the first claim but granted it on plaintiffs' third claim of wrongful invasion of privacy.
