A jury found that appellant Dennis Dorholt had breached the terms of a contract for deed that he had entered into with respondent William Klennert and awarded Klennert $61,825.41 in damages. The trial court allowed a set-off for the amount owing on the contract for deed which resulted in a monetary judgment of $1,175.98 for Dorholt.
