Plaintiff Price-Orem Investment Company ("Price-Orem") appeals from the district court's order dismissing its suit on the ground that it failed to join an indispensable party. Price-Orem also asserts that the trial court erred in granting a new trial to defendant Rollins, Brown and Gunnell, Inc. ("Rollins, Brown"), after the jury returned a verdict finding defendant liable for negligently surveying a building site in plaintiff's shopping center...
