In this appeal from the Industrial Commission, Richmond Memorial Hospital ("Hospital"), the employer, asserts that Janie W. Allen, the claimant, was barred from receiving compensation because she refused authorized medical treatment without justification. We conclude that she did not refuse authorized medical treatment and affirm the Commission's award.
