The defendant and another, Raymond Gaines, were charged with attempting to break into a depository (a Dunkin' Donuts cash register) and possession of burglarious tools. A jury of six in the District Court found them guilty on both charges. This appeal concerns only those issues raised by Pringle. He claims that the judge erred in denying his motions for required findings of not guilty and in his instructions...
