The issues presented by this appeal are whether or not a provision of a written lease agreement releases the lessor and the lessor's insurer from liability for damages incurred by the lessee and his insurers as a result of a fire originating in the portion of the building, occupied by the lessor, which was adjacent and to the rear of the leased premises in the same building, and whether or not the jury instructions were so confusing and contradictory...
