Defendant, Joseph Edward Fults, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Missouri of one count of rape, § 566.030 RSMo Supp.1984; two counts of sodomy, § 566.060 RSMo Supp. 1984; and one count of incest, § 568.020 RSMo Supp.1984, and received sentences of 25 years for rape, 5 years for each count of sodomy and 5 years for incest...
