Strother and his insurer, General Accident & Assurance Company (General), suspensively appeal the trial court judgment finding them liable for the damages sustained by fourteen plaintiffs when a "flea market" was destroyed by fire during the night of December 21, 1981. Eight plaintiffs devolutively appealed the trial court's judgment granting a directed verdict in favor of Frank G. Smith and his insurer, General Accident...
