Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment in favor of defendants in this action for alleged rentals and damages arising out of an agreement of lease entered into in 1978 between the parties to this action.

In July, 1978 a lease for a commercial building located on one of the main thoroughfares in the City of Sulphur and owned by plaintiffs was duly executed by the parties. The lease was for a primary term of five (5) years...
