BRYNER, Chief Judge.

After entering a plea of no contest, Henri Milton Dymenstein was convicted of three counts of sexual assault in the first degree, pursuant to former AS 11.41.410(a)(3). Dymenstein was sentenced by Superior Court Judge Rene Gonzalez to six years on each count, to be served consecutively, for a total sentence of eighteen years.
