This is an appeal from the action of the probate court removing appellant, Richard Cook, as personal representative of the estate of Mikell John Cook.

On the face of it, the question is whether the probate court has the power to remove a personal representative who obtained his appointment by false representation. While the section of the Revised Probate Code, MCL 700.574; MSA 27.5574, which deals with removal of fiduciaries does not list...
