Petitioner, an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution at Oxford, Wisconsin, claims that his confinement is being prolonged in violation of the Constitution and the laws of the United States. 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Petitioner claims that the good time credits he accumulated while in prison before his release on parole were confiscated without notice or a hearing in violation of due process...
