COHN, District Judge.

I.

This case involves a one count indictment for misprision of a felony in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 4. Defendant was initially charged as part of a twenty-four count indictment naming fourteen defendants for violations of various narcotics offenses. Defendant pleaded not guilty on July 23, 1985. Defendant's case was severed pretrial on November 12, 1985....
