Plaintiff, George Rue, brought this action for judicial review of a decision made by defendant, the Board of Trustees of the City of Alexandria Employees Retirement System, denying his application for disability retirement benefits. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of defendant, upholding the Board's decision denying disability retirement benefits to plaintiff.
